If you added transportation from your hotel, please confirm the place and time of pick-up.
The minimum age for consumption of alcoholic beverages is 18 years old, and official identification is required.
For the snorkeling tour at the reef, the minimum age to participate is 8 years old and requires to know how to swim. Underage must be always in the company of an adult and it is mandatory to wear a lifejacket. Snorkeling activity is subject to weather conditions.
Avoid touching the reefs or feeding the marine fauna.
An adult must accompany minors.
We ask you to follow all the indications of the crew for your safety and the safety of your family and friends.
In bad weather, the authorities, through the Port Captaincy, will indicate if safe navigation is possible.
Some activities are not suitable for pregnant women.
Some activities are not recommended for people suffering from epilepsy, asthma, hypertension, diabetes, or with neck and/or back problems, with recent surgeries or a history of heart problems.
The pickup time depends if you choose an option with transportation and your hotel’s location. Once you select it from the list, you will have the exact hour, and please, be on time at the lobby or meeting point.
You will have the returning hour before arriving at the park. The exact drop off time is according to the location of your hotel.

CANCELATION AND NO SHOW POLICIES:

**For a full refund, you must cancel at least 48 hours before the experience’s start time.
**If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
