RESTRICTIONS AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Children under 12 years of age and over 4.5 ft tall must show an ID to verify their age as well.
Wear a swimsuit, water shoes, and comfortable clothing. Bring an extra change of clothes and a towel.
Only the use of sunblock and sunscreen containing titanium oxide and zinc oxide is allowed in the park.
The pickup time depends if you choose an option with transportation and your hotel’s location. Once you select it from the list, you will have the exact hour, and please, be on time at the lobby or meeting point.
You will have the returning hour before arriving at the park. The exact drop off time is according to the location of your hotel.

CANCELATION AND NO SHOW POLICIES:

**For a full refund, you must cancel at least 48 hours before the experience’s start time.
**If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
**Changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
**Times are based on the local time.
