• Access to professional video cameras has a cost that is paid directly in Chichen Itzá, since it is a federal government tax.
• This tour has a stop at a handicraft shop.
• The use of a life jacket is MANDATORY and is not included in your reservation, which you will have to pay on the day of the excursion at a cost of 70 pesos or approximately $5.
• Infants can participate in the tour free of charge (no seat required). However, they must pay a $100 MXN fee at the INAH ticket office on the day of the Chichen Itzá tour.

RESERVATION POLICIES

You must present a valid government-issued ID on the day of the tour and pay the voucher in full to guarantee your spot. Please arrive punctually at the meeting point; otherwise, there will be no refund or rescheduling. For date changes, please notify us 36 hours in advance; the change cannot exceed 5 days from the original date and may involve rate adjustments. Please confirm your attendance one day in advance with your advisor or through the link sent to you. If you pay the balance by credit or debit card, a 5% surcharge will be applied to your total balance.
